Shipping policy

We process and ship orders within 1–5 business days after payment has been received. Delivery within Germany typically takes 3–7 business days.

Free shipping on orders over €60.

All orders are shipped with DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your shipment.

For international deliveries within the European Union, shipping usually takes 5–14 business days.

Any customs duties or import fees for orders shipped outside the European Union are the responsibility of the customer.
